Parish Craft & Vendor Fair
CRAFTERS & VENDORS WANTED
We are putting together a Craft & Vendor Fair! We look forward to seeing our guests and vendors from our parish and community as they come out to support this charitable event.
This event will be held in October 2020 from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Gym Building next to St. Margaret of Scotland School on 99th Street between Throop and Vincennes Avenues,
Chicago IL 60643. Ample on-site parking is available in the 99th Street lots.
We encourage you to be a Vendor at this year’s Craft & Vendor Fair. If you are a business, an organization, or a private individual, we would love to have you set up a booth!
The basic information and requirements to be a booth participant follow. If you need an application or further information, or wish to speak to a Fair Coordinator, please contact either Dewetts Thompson (773)255-9518 or Don Atkinson at datkinson238@sbcglobal.net, (773)238-2532.
The Fair will be held in the school gym and can expand to the walkway on the west side of the gym. For individual vendors, booth spaces include one 8 ft. table and 2 chairs @ $30.00 before May 31 ($35 after May 31) and $50.00 for business entries. A limited number of additional tables and/or electrical hookups are available.
You must bring your own display, stands, etc. In case of inclement weather, outside vendors will be moved to the gym vestibule.
Examples of acceptable vendors include: homemade crafts, confectionaries, gift baskets, jewelry, clothing, etc. Please do not sell or give away any beverages.
Reserve your space today to secure your spot in this event. Please submit payment at the time of application. We will do our best to limit the number of similar vendors!
Doors open for set up at 8:30 a.m. that Sunday. Directions for a smooth set up will follow approval of your application.
All monies collected will go to support the parish. Thank you for your interest and support. We look forward to seeing you at the Craft & Vendor Fair on Sunday, June 24, 2018.
